Jeepneys Plus Air Conditioning

One time, Hannah and I were on our way to work at Commonwealth when we saw a jeep that is enclosed. Windows and doors not open. I was intrigued, so intrigued I convinced Hannah we ride on it to work. Convincing her was a challenge, but my curiosity didn't give up.

Yahoo! I was amazed. I let out the child in me again. Hahahah! It even had a TV - the more amazed I became. It was clean and all. Oh so neat! But then again, it is pretentious.

It still is a jeepney, a jeepney that is trying to be something else? Like a bus? Why would passengers choose to ride this aircon-ed jeep instead of an aircon-ed bus? (Well, except all that curiosity). Our ride to work would cost P8.00 on a regular jeepney and P11.00 on an aircon-ed bus. Guess how much we payed. P15.00!! The air conditioning and the TV just increased the overhead cost. Its not something to be happy about after all.

    Ano kaya kung lahat ng mga jeepney ntin is ganyan ang itsura?! Diba parang mas malinis tignan at safe? At ang cool! May tv. ;D

    Ngyn ka lang nkasakay sa ganun noh?? marami nito sa makati :D
    why jeepney? People want air-conditioned vehicles which they could pay less compare to FX. FX fee is more expensive than jeepneys and buses. Buses are so big, they also cause traffic in Manila. Try to ride EDSA buses, it stops everywhere, ang sakit sa ulo rin, though maluwag nga.
    Why not FX? well dirvers can have FX but they can earn more with jeepneys, then pareho lang almost yung magagastos sa diesel, though hnd sila PAREHONG MALINIS, malinis lang tingnan, kasi ikaw yung nasa loob, hnd sa labas. Jeepneys has more capacity so more profit on their part. Why not buses? Buses are mostly on big high ways like in EDSA and avenues in Quezon city, but in streets with two lanes, mas okie ang jeepneys, lalo na kung sa next city ka lang bababa.
    so why hate jeepneys? hate the policies in transportation, dapat nareregulate ang dami ng vehicles sa kalsada, and nabibilang lang yung dapat na pumapasada, super dami na nila compare sa kailangan ng tao. kaya polluted na ang Manila. And kahit anung gamiting vehicles, as long as it uses gasoline or diesel, they all cause pollution kahit may mga unleaded gasoline, it may reduce air pollution but it's still cause pollution... and that's were I stand :D haha.. ang haba/

    Air conditioning technology they are using are modern and also cost effective. Many people don't even think of these new technologies while purchasing.

    The ducts of the air conditioner requires the cleaning after every regular intervals. The cleaning of ducts stops the existence of the moisture which otherwise will germinate fungus and this is harmful to human health.

  7. The jeep is fitted with the AC. That is a very amazing job of cooling the air in the cabin. The ducts are to be cleaned properly.
